rgb Case RGB fan controller problem

Hi, please help I got three rgb fan in my gaming casing, and inside the casing got a rgb fan controller, then now the problem is when I open my pc the rgb fan light working Normally but after 1-2 hours why the rgb light close itself but the fan still spinning and when I use controller to open the rgb light again it open normally , I guess is the rgb fan controller problem but I already claim warranty from the shop but after I receive the new rgb fan controller the problem still persist, is it the controller have a timer when arrive 1 hour it close itself ? is it normal did everyone same like me ? My rgb fan and fan controller brand is Gaming Freak
