Adobe not downloading.

Whenever I attempt to download Creative cloud or any other adobe app it doesn't work. Download the installer is easy then when I open it I sign on then an odd message appears (see picture). I have tried enabling java in crome (see other images) I have even tried switching browsers but nothing works. How can I resolve this problem?
