chrome Bookmark folder keeps spawning automatically in Chrome browser

So I have this problem for several months which is driving me insane , and I am not sure where I should post it, so I came here (I dont have enough points on Reddit so I cant post there),  I am new here and this is my first post here actually. Anyway, I have this folder in my bookmarks bar called "Extension bookmarks" and it keeps creating itself every time I delete it. I have over 40 enables extensions and I haven't the slightest idea which one it could be. In the folder there are 3 bookmarks : youtube.com, outlook.live.com, IMDB.com. I dont know why these specifically. I dont have any bookmarks related extension except Raindrop, but this is cloud based so I dont think its the culprit. I dont know what I expect from you guys, but maybe someone out there had the same problem.
