CPU cooler advice please

I'm going to buy a Ryzen 5 3600 and a MSI B450i Gaming Plus AC. What CPU cooler should I buy if I plan on doing little to moderate overclocking?

 

A couple things to know, the cooler can't be taller than 6.3"/160mm. Also, considering the price of the 3600 ($200), I don't feel it's necessary to spend upwards of $100 on a cooler.

 

My reasoning could be completely wrong but I'm open to any and all suggestions. Thanks in advance

i personally LOVE the dark rock 4, and its more then enough for the 2600. personally i have the dark rock 4 pro on a 2600x, and peak temp on prime95 is about 65c with xmp at full throttle

Does anyone know a website that provides cpu cooler temp/noise benchmarks? This way I can justify spending more or find a way to save a little.
