This wont be needed considering it's a server.

I'm looking for CPU(s) that have a higher single treaded performance.

What is the exact location? You are going to have to have them either co-located or in a different building. Servers are incredibly loud. Having them near a room where people will be is out of the question.

What about power? Do you have an adequate UPS lined up? (I recommend APC)

What about connectivity to the internet?

Wait for it to skyrocket, make a small server then if it does skyrocket, do this huge thing... but for now.... nope.
