Intel DQ35MPE doesn't post

Hello again.

 

I was able to find a 4 DIMM DDR2 775 motherboard that supports 8GB of RAM at a local store but I'm having issues. The motherboard doesn't seem to post. I thought maybe the DIMMs were bad but when I plugged the memory sticks off, the motherboard did beep three times, indicating that no memory is installed. I don't know which informations to give so I'm sorry if it wasn't clear enough.

Try 1 stick.
If that stick dont work try another.
Maybe (one of) the RAM stick(s) is broken.

I've tried a single stick, as well as using a different DIMM, didn't work. Sticks work just fine on my old motherboard, MSI G31TM-P35. I'll add the model and a photo of the RAM.

 

Edit: Don't know if it matters but the motherboard powers on automatically, even after shutting down.

I went to a repairshop and confirmed that it's RAM incompatibility. However, it also takes a while to boot up for some reason. Might be the CMOS battery but I can't be sure until new RAMs arrive.
