Head to pcpartspicker.com and input all of the correct components.That'll tell you the retail price of buying everything new so take it with a grain of salt. If you want a good comparison you'll have to look at each part individually used on something like Ebay and do the math yourself. From my experience that seems like a reasonable price, although I'm sure it could be haggled to $400 due to the dated spec.
