How much would a used prebuilt pc with a i5 4460, rx 580 4gb, 8gb ddr3 ram, 500gb hdd and cx450 cost? (and a boring office case). Somebody was selling that for $420. Just asking.

Head to pcpartspicker.com and input all of the correct components.That'll tell you the retail price of buying everything new so take it with a grain of salt. If you want a good comparison you'll have to look at each part individually used on something like Ebay and do the math yourself. From my experience that seems like a reasonable price, although I'm sure it could be haggled to $400 due to the dated spec.
