AMD Pixel format not showing up

As you can see, the option to change the pixel format is not showing up anymore and I really don't know why. It is set to FULL RGB by default but I can't change it anymore to LIMITED RGB.

19.8.1 drivers

Monitor: acer nitro vg220qbmiix

GPU connected to monitor via HDMI

GPU: MSI RX 480 GAMING X 4GB

 

Notes: I did try DDU to fresh install the drivers and I did try another HDMI cable or another port.
