Weird fps cap

So after upgrading my videocard to an gtx 1660 i noticed something weird,in some less demanding games the fps caps at 62 fps even if Vsync is off in the game or on the nvidia controll pannel.. Also i noticed that whenever it happens, the gpu usage is always around 50/55%.. Any idea of what it could be and how i can remove that cap? thanks

Weird issue.

Maybe some built in FPS-cap in the games? But other than that i have no idea.

I thought that too,but i noticed that in more than one or two games..
