Mouse flickers around

Hello, everyone, I hope you can help me out. I bought a mouse about a weak ago and ever since I've been using it, it has a problem where if i flick the mouse, the cursor starts flickering around and shaking gradually to the left of my screen. It also jumps straight to the corners of the screen sometimes when I flick it and I dont know why. I went to the device manager and i saw that it has 2 drivers but only 1 actually stops the mouse from moving when I disable/uninstall. I've tried uninstalling and disabling those drivers in every way possible and I can't solve the problem. I also watched lots of videos on the subject but none seem to have helped. Would appreciate any awnsers and thank you!
