How do I install this GPU cable?

So I’m not sure what to use here. Does it matter which end I put where? Do I even use both endings here? Please, if anyone can help, that would be great.

I’d like to add that I know the one end with a single ending goes in the PSU.

Plug both of the plugs from the left side in

In the GPU* - got the armour version of that card myself and that’s how I’ve done it

Just to be clear, the part that sort of strings out from the end goes to the right, correct?

So what I did is use the 8 pin for the 8pin plug and the 6+2 pin for the 6pin plug
