Hello, I have few questions about my new build and I was hoping someone could just clarify some things for me. So I am going from an fx8350 to a ryzen 5 2600x with an asrock steel legends b450m mobo. I have never done a CPU and mobo change before, can I just unplug the old hardware and install the new stuff, connect my ssd with my windows 10 and all will work fine? Or is their more to it? I bought the PC used with windows 10 on it so I dont have an activation key and I'm not looking to reinstall windows however I will link my windows to my Microsoft account prior to the change, aswell as making a back up to a thumb drive. Last question is. Is their anything I need to download or delete befor I pull out the old hardware? Will windows install all the proper drivers upon the first boot up? Sorry if this is confusing, and thanks for any help it receives.
