Something happened to my computer

Something happened to my computer about an hour ago and I have zero clue what it is or what to do about it. I recently got a 2080 super and everything has been fine but earlier today these weird symbols appeared on my screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers to see if it fixed it but it didn't. I proceeded to restart my computer a couple times and lower some settings in bios in case it was a power issue and still nothing. I even tried taking out some ram and that did nothing. Now I cant even log in before it glitches and goes black. Only hint I have is system interrupt was taking over 50% cpu utilization when I managed to get task manager open earlier.

Cpu: i7 6800k

Ram: 32gb 2400mhz

Gpu: 2080 super

Boot drive: 850 evo

Other drives: 2tb seagate barracuda and 250gb 860 evo sata ssd.

Psu: evga supernova 650w g1

Mobo: msi x99 sli

try a different display port / different cable?

safe mode?

boot from igpu display?

try a different gpu if you have one?

try safe mode and DDU the driver
