Need Help with ASUS Memory Timings

Hi all, been a while since I've posted here.

 

I'm looking to tighten up my RAM timings since I can't seem to get my 2600X to hit that magic 4GHz with stability. I've attached a screencap of my BIOS DRAM page and am at a loss for understanding these acronyms and their relation to timings and such. I will attach the copied listing of my RAM from the QVL list for my motherboard (ASUS PRIME X370 Pro). My voltage is set at QVL (1.35V), I just want to tighten the timing as I said. I've also verified with RAMmon that 

 

Can anyone offer help with this?
