Hey, so I might be weird, but would this literally over the top (OTT) System even be fully functional? If not, what would I have to change/remove to make this fully functional?

Here is the PCPartpicker link:

again. This parts list isn't supposed to be logical in any way at all, just a completely over the top system where I need your help to make fully functional in case that is not the case.

Well..yeah I'm sure it would work. But given you're going for total overkill, I'd suggest waiting until September so you can well and truly show off by buying the 3950x instead of the 3900x. I mean you've clearly got money to burn.

The 3950X has a lower clock to the 3900X, thats why I chose to put the 3900X in there.

Assuming this isn't a troll post why would you need anything remotely as expensive as that ?

Why 4 x 1440p 165Hz monitors ?

Why all that storage ?

For a gaming pc SLI is pretty much dead.

What are you trying to achieve with this system ?

Apparently the 3950X are higher binned 3900X chips so... not sure about that claim.

But I have to agree with @lee32uk, why tf do you need so much SSD storage and 4 monitors running at 165hz 1440p.

And SLI is no longer a thing unless you have specific needs that require SLI (content creation?).
