3 sticks of ram usually isn’t a great idea because you’re taking a hit in performance  for not using dual channel. But switch the 3rd ram stick into the other free slot that it’s not currently in and see if that works. If that doesn’t then it could just be your ram is incompatible. A way to test if it’s your stick is unplug all your ram and plug in the off brand stick into your first ram slot and try to boot. If it doesn’t boot then the stick is dead most likely.
