Help Plz

I have a Zotac gtx 1080 ti amp edition that i recently bought off ebay and im not sure why, but whenever I boot my pc with it being the main GPU, it just black screens and then doesnt show anything, the lights work, however the fans start and then stop after 10 seconds. whenever I open properties all I see is that it says error code 43, I have tried every suggested fix and nothing has helped. Also when you check what the problem is, the details just say that it requests driver update and thats it.

 

Any inputs that could help are greatly appreciated =)

 

My Pc Specs - 

Mother Board - Asus z170 Pro Gaming

Power Supply - Corsair 600 watt

Ram - 16 gb ddr4 (2x8 gb sticks)

Cooler - Corsair h1115i pro

Storage - 256 gb ssd
