Front I/O sleeving

So I'm looking to sleeving the front I/O on my Genesis Millennium case. I was thinking 1/8" should be wide enough for majority other than the USB3.0 headers which then I'm not sure on the size needed for that.

For USB that depends since most times it requires the connectors to be removed or the USB end to get desoldered to properly sleeve over. I've found that most USB cables will be around 6-8mm sleeve depending on the amount of shielding, I've had some really thick insulation cables go up to 10mm sleeve before.

Best to use a pair of calipers to see the diameter of the cables but usually 8-10mm is a good size. You don’t want to do too large or the sleeve will be loose on the cable.
