how do i get rid of or reduce screen burn in on my phone?

Mattsk

but i had noticed burn in from my background and from a social media app just today

and i have no clue if it goes away or what cause this is my first time owning a OLED display phone

Burn in is permanent as its degradation of the pixels. OLED naturally degrade with use -- some more so than others.

Low screen brightness (and possibly using the auto brightness setting). Dark mode/s. Not using apps with constant icons/text for too long (so full screen video should be fine).
