honey using wanshow sponsor spot footage as an ad for other youtube videos?

Saw a weird ad today of wanshow footage where linus and luke are talking about their sponsor spot for honey but it was in the actual form and edited version of an actual honey ad for another youtube video just curious if this is right or not?

 

TLDR; Honey rips wanshow footage of sponsor spot for honey and used it as an ad placement for youtube videos.

 

if I get it again ill record it but curious if this is legit ad that LTT allowed because it looks a bit scummy.
