JBL Link 10 Connection problem

Hello, my JBL Link 10 was working fine except it was never powering off, no matter if I pressed off it never really turned off. So I decided to give a factory reset, I followed somethings on internet saying to me to press Bluetooth button + volume down. It kind of worked because the lights went red and then it restarted. But since then I can never connect to Wifi using Google home neither Bluetooth. The Bluetooth button never lights up again and the device doesn't show on my phone..

I've tried resetting it by holding the mute button down as well, the light gets red, it turns off and on again but still.. same problem.

Please!! Is there any way to fix this???
