Which bundle should I buy?

IN my country these bundle have same price

i9 9900k + Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO WiFi

ryzen 3700x + MSI MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI

I already have 

be quiet! dark rock pro 4
I WILL USE IT FOR

motion graphics+photoshop+ video editing (premiere + after effects )

so 

which is better for me

3700x IMO because with the 9900k, you still need to invest in a strong cooling system. Or else you get less performance than what benchmarks show the 9900k to carry. There's also CPU upgrades on AM4 platform, but not on LGA 1151v2

I agree with @Jurrunio. Although, yes upgrades will be avalible for AM4 that'll only be until next year. Sertainly better than Intel still. :)

cut off the cooling cost then, still upgrade problem to go.
