What is the performance difference between regular 3000mhz and the same oc to 3300 or 3400mhz ?

Is it worth overclocking

Does oc void the warrenty ?

Solution

The difference would be very small and probably wont be noticeable.

Most companies do state if their products are misused in anyway will void the warranty and this could be seen as misuse.
