Ryzen 5 3600 + gtx 1660 vs ryzen 5 2600 +gtx 1660 ti for light photo editing and gaming. I have enough money for both which should I buy

Looking at benchmarks between the Ryzen 5 2600 & 3600: I would go w/the Ryzen 5 2600 + GTX 1660 TI.  What're the prices where you live and where do you live?  It's $150 for a Ryzen 5 2600X, currently, on Amazon

A 2600 cost 130 dollars where i live but would it bottleneck the gtx 1660 ti

It would not bottleneck a 1660ti. The 2600 is rather powerfull, dont worry.
