Stay or Upgrade

So i have owned my p20 for over a month now and decided i should probably upgrade since the 3,400maH battery on my phone is dying i only get about 5 hours of screen time just on social media no youtube or netflix yet but when i do it drops down too 3h30m to 1 hour and the phone that i would upgrade too is the S10e Since it's over very nice performance and i get it free from my carrier so i get money when i upgrade 

 

so i want to know if this is a good upgrade my 

 

i also take alot of photos not selfies i might add but alot of photos and my p20 has been a great camera phone but lacks a lot of features that's why i think of just getting an s10e

If you want a good camera, get a Pixel 3, or wait for the Pixel 4.

i can't get pixels here in my country but if i do it is really really expensive

Going from a 3,400mAh phone to 3,100mAh phone is an upgrade?

 

The Pixel 3a's battery is even better 3,000mAh. And to seal the deal it has 64GB of storage that cannot be expanded.

 

Some tips for preserving battery life:

• Dont let battery drop below 20%
• Dont charge overnight
• Dont charge to over 80% multiple times in a single day. Even better, never at all
• Avoid fast charging if you have time

With all that said, what are your other options? What do you want in a phone apart from having a good camera? What did you not like or wish was better on your P20? What features of the P20 that you cannot afford to lose? Get the phone that suits your preferences, and not one that suits someone else's preferences

AMOLED screen so it burns the battery slower 

 

As I said pixel is not really an option and the s10e has expandable storage, water resistant and not only that better for media consumption 

 

I have been doing those steps religiously since I got the phone still nothing

 

Real consern of loosing anything is performance I want to get the s10e since its a better performer because of the SD 855 and 6gb of ram and features alot of the features that the s10e has surpass the features on the p20
