Device Change information

I have a Gigabyte mother (specifically a H81M-S2V) and whenever  I boot up my pc or restart it or anything I get a info box saying:
Warning:PCI(E) devices have been changed
Warning:CPU devices have been changed
Warning:DRAM devices have been changed
What can I do about this?

go into bios and save changes. this is displayed after something has been modified to notify you.

 

if its re-detecting same devices as new, even after saving changes make sure reset cmos isnt set on back of motherboard or jumper was set for motherboard.

 

if none there are the issue most like a bad cmos battery, you will need to replace for your settings to save and time to be correct,

Well I got derailed like a begginer DnD GM, first it turns out I don't have those pins so all I could do was the battery reset
That made me go hunt for a new one (that took a while, because of course it did, I live in Slovakia after all)
Then My monitor wouldn't display anything from my pc
That took a few horrifying and blood pumping hours to figure out
and in the end it didn't even work...
Thank you for the answer tho I tried on many sites and sub-reddits but I didn't even get a single god damn response to this is truly special
In the end I'll get a new pc eventually and I think I can live with having to press enter to boot as long as everything works fine in other places
