Help me decied on my 2nd monitor

Hi i am in the process of getting myself a 2nd  monitor as  i play games and use youtube/twitch at the same time and  i make game using Unity and Unreal Engine.

 

I currently have Samsung  C27JG5x (curved).

 

the screen needs to be atleast 2560x1440p , 144hz , 1ms.

and 27inch(no more no less).

 

I don't really know what to get for my second monitor.

Here are some models i looked at but you can add more to the list if you think some are better or will be better for my use.

 

Aorus ad27qd

MSI Optix RGB MAG271CR 27"

asus VG278QR

Philips 107T5 (Will be replaced soon)

1GB Elpida OEM DDR2 (Will be replaced soon)
