B450 A Pro Bios update help

How long does a bios update from a USB take? The manual says that its when the light stops flashing but my Board doesn't have a have that i can see when clicking the button. the only light is that of my usb

@Valkyrie LennethThe problem is that my pc would power on but show no video signal so i disconnect it all and im now trying again. I think its the Bios due to the fact that i have a 3600

i have a 3600 that wont even post on a asus prime b450 board,  maybe it bricked itself coz u flash on a newer cpu?  its possible thats why i dont flash with a newer chip than its current support, flashes can fail u know x_x

yh i hope u didnt brick it like that, x_x if my system post i wouldnt dare flashing it on a newer gen cpu when its older gen bios

try booting it on older cpu , or new mobo tbh,  or bring it to a pc store / person that is able to flash and has the flash chip, im stuck myself on needing to get myself a flash chip aswell
