Look at your local cragslist but here are some ideas:

 

Rtx 2070 super

i7-9700k

Psu from corsair

Compatable gaming motherboard 

32 gb ddr4 ran

Whatever case you want (compatable)

An Aio (All in one) cooler 

Get a 520 gb ssd for games and a 1-2 tb hdd for storage

Please don't make blanket brand recommendations like that... He'll end up with a VS550 and a B360 board and end up bricking something out of your inexperience.

 

Overall, this is a pretty terrible parts list considering we have no idea what the budget is. (Currency)
