Help: on thermal paste

so the whole top of the processor has been cleaned so no issues there, however on the sides not the chip side but like still the top but the sides of the top if that makes sense, and i cant get to it no matter what should it be fine.

 

im selling it used

Take a q-tip or tooth pick to it to get the sides if you're worried about it.

U could use IPA 99% to clean it should be fine
