New PSU won't work

Decided to upgrade my PSU from an evga 750w gold to a seasonic 850w titanium, i plugged everything in and the motherboard rgb works but the pc does nothing, power switch does nothing. Reconnected evga psu and it works fine, think the seasonic has an issue or am I missing something?

this can happen because the turn on signal does not go trough
