Yes, it's at 5.2GHz. I can't say anything about temps though since CPU-Z doesn't show that information.

 

Install HWMonitor and use that to monitor your temps. As long as they're under around 75c under load, you're all set. I'd dial back the OC, or look into a beefier cooler if it's going over 80c.

I have a d15s with dual fans. Under load i only go to about 55. 60 celcius i have a corsair commander pro which i use to monitor temps.

Then yeah, your temps are fine, and as long as your overclock is stable when under load for long periods, you should be all set.
