Solid green led and solid whiteed (boot and vga)

Hey guys, just build a new rig .. Excited at the start but it faded with the time .. last weekend build a h370 f with i3 9100, 16gb ram crorsair Lpx 2666mhz and 750i corsair also .. so when i turn on he gives me a black screen on monitor and lcds, and those two solid leds... i unbuild and builded again part from part twice and issue remains .. even made a reset of the cmos also twice ... plugged in correctly every cable and yeah also tried the two ports dvi and hdmi ... 

So lost and sad ... please help me mates .. every susgestion is welcome and i feel greatful ..

The H370-F is an 8th Gen motherboard and more than likely needs a bios update to work with a 9th Gen processor, it will not work until you update the bios on the motherboard to the newest version. You will need an 8th Gen processor in order to get the computer to boot into bios to do the update or you can take the motherboard into a local computer repair shop and see if they can update it for you. Otherwise you are going to want to get a board that supports 9th Gen CPUs out of the box, like a Z390 chipset board.
