Hello, again to the FPS drops, my processor (i7 8700k 4.8ghz) runs at 30% utilization at 50-60 degrees, my GPU RTX 2070 Asus runs at 40-50% utilization at 45-50 degrees.
My 16GB Ram is fully used, but still ingame comes to FPS Drops of 250 to 30 fps. What can this be? Thank You

If your 16gb of RAM is fully used, thats the reason... Find out whats eating up your memory.

The fps drop sI have for 1-2months, but only in Fortnite

If it only happens in fortnite those CPU usage and GPU usage are totally messed up.  CPU 40 percent usage is normal for your CPU.  But the GPU should be 95 percent and higher.  I feel like its a setting inside Fortnite.  Go to your nvpanel and make sure vsync is set to off.  Then go to Fortnite and make sure vsync is set to off.  Let us know what happens.

In that case I suggest you run DDU "Display Driver Uninstaller" in safe mode and do a clean and restart.  Then back into WIndows grab the latest WHQL video drivers and tell us what happens.

I have no idea what this is, also I can't read German.  What you want is DDU like I said and this isn't that.  I have no idea what this is.

open up msconfig Go to start then run, and type msconfig and you will find it there put it on safe mode then restart it goes to safe mode then run DDU from there.  After its done doing its thing you reboot and your back into normal mode.  Now install the video drivers, the latest ones.
