core voltage

image.png.a1ec7eb7bf1cd8612d371c36878b7e0d.png My r5 3600 on a b450 tomahawk on the beta bios(because that is the only stable one which you can actually boot up) the voltage is always like this in idle and i think is what is causing my temps to be in the 46-60 range so i went into bios and went to core voltage it was on auto so i clicked on it expecting there to be normal but instead there was off set mode(dk what that means) and amd overclocking mode which i assume is precision boost?
