Issues with network adapter driver

"Windows could not find a driver for your network adapter"

 

Obviously i cant go online to download anything on the pc i am using, but i can use my laptop to download drivers into a flash drive and install them that way. I found some type of drivers on intel's website but i have an amd cpu so i dont think that would work. can someone maybe link me to the drivers that i need? Thanks

 

here is some info on my pc if it will determine the drivers that i need:

fx6300

asus m5a97ler2.0

gtx 760

64 bit windows 7
