Convert USB to COM software?

Can Aura:ABL (Ambient Bias Lighting) be transferred over to a COM port? I have a mod for a game (Beat Saber) that affects lights. For it to do so, it needs the COM port.

 

EDIT: Okay I have no brain, so I'm changing this to, Is there a sfotware that can convert USB to COM port designed for Aura:ABL
