The windforce is a 2070 super, the strix is a 2070 normal. They're also made by different manufacturers.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

2070 Super has more.compute units than 2070, so it's faster at the same frequency. OC potential are the same.

Are those US prices?

You should really just buy NAVI instead, it has about the same performance as the 2070 at only $350, or $330 for the one sapphire card that's on sale.

Is the windforce the same as the 2070 super nivdia geforce one and is it better than the regular 2070 but since its oc cant it kinda be next to it.

The 2070 super has more cuda cores than a 2070, it's basically a different graphics card. The OC 2070 from Asus doesn't meet it in performance.

You can either water cool the reference card, use like a morpheus 2 or arctic cooler,

 

or just add some washers and it'll be closer to alright.
