Custom loop

Can anybody help me to find some parts for a custom loop.
I am new to water cooling and werent able to find matching parts for my specs.
 

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 
MSI X470 Gaming Plus

GTX 1070 Mini (Zotac)

Case : Corsair 270R

The best would be if its as cheap as possible but good and reliable.

You are gonna have a real tough time with that GPU I think, mini versions arent super popular for liquid cooling in my experience. The rest of the parts are very easy to find

This block will work but is not full coverage. Are you looking for function over form or are you trying to be pretty? Hard line or soft tubing?

I am fine with soft tubing it's easier to replace and add stuff if i ever do that. Also it doesnt have to look that pretty but i am going to add LED to the case so it also shouldnt look shitty
