Hey guys I need help,

something funky is going on with my PC. Last night I torrented a movie which is something I do almost everyday. After watching the movie shut the pc down and went to bed. Now I boot it up and its all gone retarded. 3 fps in ETS2,

2%-100% CPU usage on idle. Cpu used mostly by System, wsappx, System interrupts which straight upon bootup was using 100% cpu for 2 seconds or so. Also to note is that 2 days ago something was wrong with Windows UI missing text or misaligned stuff. Avast and Malwarebytes dont report anything (I tried disabling them too). I tried rebooting a few times and it all feels slower than before.

I5 3570(3.4GHZ)- CPU-Z reports its always in the TURBO region around 3.7-3.8GHZ

Most likely Windows store updates your installed apps. If don't use apps from there just run the Windows 10 debloater Gui: https://github.com/Sycnex/Windows10Debloater

If you use apps just get over with until it finishes updating the apps. ?

I recommend that you should do a windows update check just in case you missed an update.
