Hey everyone,

I am looking for a PC upgrade for my cousin. Here is the situation:

He has an i5 4690k in his system right now and upgraded his GPU to an RTX 2060 OC. Most games are fine with 60 fps, but Battlefield 5 only runs with lags, no matter what settings.

After googeling i figured out that Battlefield 5 is CPU heavy (I didnt know before hand which games He plays, he didnt want to say).

Now I am looking for an upgrade which can handle BF5. I Was thinking like an Ryzen 5 3600?

Would that be a good choice for an RTX 2060? And if so, any recommandations for a mainboard and which clockspeed of RAM i should get? I only build Intel the last couple of years, but I think for a cpu heavy game like BF5 the extra threads would be nice and its cheaper.

He has a 730W PSU right now, so that should not be a problem.

Any recommandations? There is no real Budget right now, but it should be a bang for the buck build i guess.

Thanks so far!

yes. 5 3600 is good for gaming. even ryzen 3200g can play BF5 smooth with no lag. as for the motherboard get the x570 MSI. dunno what type but get the x570. its newest and offer good OC and cooling and many things. get the 4x2 3200mhz
