Colour accuracy and refresh rate

I am trying to get myself a new pc which has 2070 super in it. Finding a new monitor is hard and I found one here: http://www.sceptre.com/overview-535.html#features The review of this monitor is good but it use TN panel, is the colour accuracy good? Can someone recommend monitors with good refresh rate (120Hz+) and good colour accuracy (maybe >80% will do)?
