I have a boot problem

Ok I have some over probley with my pc but this is a new 1 I have notes on random boot instead of booting to windows it boot to the bios like this how do I stop this my rig is a i9 9900k m.2 970evo (boot) 1tb ssd (game) ASU’s Maximus xi hiro and gtx 2080ti and 32 gb ram 

 

this dos not happen on all boot just random 1 there no patten way so ever 

I try updating 

- bios

-Mvme drivers

 - resetting ram gpu cpu 

- reinstalling windows

I press f1 it go in to bios then I   Exit  The bills by f10 and it boot in to windows and this happens at rand I had it boot fin for some day and to day it did it 2

Ok update I have a Samson m.2 and I don’t like the magic soft where I show as not supported and i can’t even install the mvme drive as I dos not reconis it in the pc but windos dos as it still boot of it some time I don’t now if it a fultey m.2 when I get time I will migrate the os to a nother 1 and see what happen

Because it randomly I will try to record it when it dos the random boot thing and mabey that cood help find out what rong with it
