Now i'm starting up rainbow i only get 60-70fps in rainbow six and in Doom it goes from 120 all the way to 60 aswell. I dont know alot about computers so i hope someone can please help me fix this (note : It is very hot these days , around 40°C (104°F))

Specs (if u need more tell me):

I just got this pc for 2weeks so i dont know why it just has a sudden drop from 200fps to around 50-60 ingame!

You say its very hot - so what are you CPU/GPU temps and usage while gaming? Could be thermal throttling. You can use a program like MSI afterburner to get these temperatures, but keep in mind as soon as you alt-tab a game to look at the charts, it stops rendering it, so the temps would spike back down. Look at the chart to see the general trend as well as the peak temp reached which shows at the top of the chart.
