Help bios flashback

can i move down a version and flash the bios with my usb 3,016gb FAT32 stick

 

i have tried 3times and nothing wants to work

Did you properly rename the file as noted in the mobo manual?

@Den-Fi ive heard on forums people said the v19 doesnt work first try and what they did was go to v17 and theem manually update the bios from there but im wondering if its safe to go down versions if i have already tried flashing with v19

I've had to revert BIOS versions before to get back RAID functionality that was accidentally taken away and it was fine. Though this was Asus, not MSI.
