Disk or MOBO problems?

Hi guys, this is my first post on the forums but i'm lost. My PC has been doing crazy stuff for about one and a half year now. But most of the time, i was able to 'fix' it or prevent it from happening.

This is my PC:

 - CPU: i7 4790k (never overclocked)

 - Current GPU: GTX 1080TI (it was a GTX 780 when i bought the pc but that one was broken, or so i think.)

 - MOBO MSI Gaming 3

 

Over the years i bought new HDD's and now I am at a point where i have 2 HDD's and 1 SSD (250g for windows). Now my pc has been acting weird in the way that i get disconnected when playing the crew 2 and in PUBG (while in the loading screen, the game freezes untill everyone is in the plane. than it starts loading in and with some luck i can jump before the plane kicks me out). Now, untill now i could live with these issues but now i am starting to get even worse problems. I am trying to update GTA to play but there was a first problem, it starts loading kinda, but before the game actually launches, you need to sign in, that screen is never shown to me which results to me not being able to launch the game. I was trying to fix that problem and that took me to another bigger problem. I can't download anything with chrome (I haven't tried using another browser but lets be honest, this is a big problem). So i started digging and the 'Documents folder is on my 'G:/' Drive, i wanted to delete the cash from the social club folder but that just gives me this error: 'Can't read from the source file of disk'. Now I was hoping to use my PC for 1 more year before buying a new one (but still keep my GTX 1080ti for in the new pc). So this is why i decided to ask for help here. I'm hoping one of you can help me, i'll provide any extra info you need. 

 

ALSO:

 - Sometimes when I am just looking in my file explorer, it tells me that it is not reacting and than i get the windows is not reacting error, this also happens with some of my games (like the crew 2 and BDO)

I am starting to think that it is a problem with my MOBO or the 'G:/' disk.

 

 - Sometimes my windows toolbar (bottom of the screen with all the icons) sometimes stops working and dissappears

 

(The games listed before are not the only games with problems, also if this is not the place to ask this question, please let me know! like i said this is my first post on the forum's)

I just removes one of my HDD's (my original HDD with the 'My Documents' folder etc on it.) and now it seems like it has fixed some of the issues, can someone confirm that this can be the fix for all issues i had?
