On your place i would switch PSU to for example this: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/FdRFf7/corsair-cx-2017-550w-80-bronze-certified-atx-power-supply-cp-9020121-na

In my opinion 300W is a little bit to little for I5 3300 and 1050Ti.

I've been using it for A while I do plan on upgrading it my goal is to update the whole PC or at least the GPU or CPU and motherboard.

I said I will do that and already planned on doing it. I'm looking for advise more on the GPU and CPU.

I think keeping the GPU for now is a good move, upgrading the CPU, case, power supply etc is the best move. You can sell the PC without the GPU in it to recoup cost, then spend a little more on a nice graphics card, preferably off the used market. Try a local app like Letgo.

I recommend a Ryzen 3600 based system if you can.

This is a basic config and you can spring for more ram if you prefer.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?
