PCI-E cable compatibility

Hi,

 

Last month I created a post about random reboots on my PC, which was likely due to a power issue: 

 

Yesterday I came across this video and I think that this is my issue: 

 

Now I can't find an extra PCI-E power cable and after checking the BeQuiet! website it seems like they only included one in the box so I want to buy a new one. Is it possible to run into compatibility issues? If so, what should I be looking at?
