Now it's working randomly after it not working for 10 to 15 minutes... Beware of some strange Voodoo stuff going on in the Outlook servers or something.. I've never seen the error it gave me before, and other people have reported strange issues too.

I checked on a couple websites that check up-time, and it seems quite a few people are reporting issues. Is anyone on the forum here having issues where Outlook won't let you even access the sign in area? Anybody's input weather they have it or not would be nice. 2:56EST

Web-based Outlook or the Desktop Application? 

The web based one.

 

It gave me an error where the log in area should be saying that the service is unavailable right now.
