 the problem is i cant find it in Windows Features

Windows is updated

Using Windows 10 pro and updated to the newest

16gb ram is far from the reqirements

so wats da prob

"Updated to the newest" as in using Windows 10 1903, or you just made sure Windows Update isn't saying you have updates ready?

Verify you're using Windows 10 1903. If not, you have to upgrade the OS to it. You can check this by going to Settings -> System -> About under "Windows Specifications"
